Well established in Vietnam, Alstom has completed several projects both in mainline and in urban transport solutions successfully in the country. In January 2017, Alstom as leader of a consortium, signed a contract with Hanoi Metropolitan Railway Management Board (MRB) to supply a metro system for Hanoi metro line 3. This is the first integrated metro system contract for Alstom in Vietnam.
* Responsibilities
• Deputizing for the temporary Operation Manager during his absence from site.
• He is also leading the Permit to Work Office
• Receiving and analyzing the Permit to Work Requests forms from the different teams/contractors.
• Coordination with the Consignation Leader when Electrical isolation work is needed (Technical rooms or Track side)
• Coordination with the track people for the site clearance before and after the execution of the work
• Maintaining control of a Test Zone (access authorization) and ensure that all persons working within the test Zone are working safely and are adequately protected there is a requirement for extra safety measures to be implemented.

• Background in Civil or E&M engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in the construction project.
• Strong leadership, method and organization,
• Sense of urgency, priority management,
• Persuasive and team spirit,
• Facilitating relationship
• Very good listener and ability to convey messages

The commercial operation is expected in 2021, with the capacity of 8,600 People Per Hour and Per Direction (PPHPD). This capacity will be increased to 30,000 within 10 years of operations.
