Site Supervisor (MEP or Structural)

Hướng dẫn, giám sát công nhân thi hành công việc theo bản vẽ thiết kế của khâu cuối về trát vữa, sơn, chống thấm nước.
Instructing and supervising workers execute the work in accordance with finishing design drawings of plastering, painting and waterproofing;

Giải quyết và xử lý sự cố khâu hoàn thành trong quá trình xây dựng.
Handling and Troubleshooting the finishing section during construction time;

Chịu trách nhiệm khai triển công việc từ bản vẽ chi tiết thi công, thúc đẩy công nhân theo kịp tiến độ thi công;
Responsible for deploying the work from shop drawings, urging workers to meet the progress of construction;

Giám sát và quản lý công nhân làm việc theo cách hợp lý nhất;
Monitoring and managing the workers to work at the most logical way;

Tạo nhật ký làm việc;
Making working diary;"

Thực hiện quá trình thi công chi tiết trong khâu cuối của như trát vữa và lát gạch;
Making detail construction progress of finishing part of plastering and tiling;"

Giám sát quá trình kỹ thuật trong khâu hoàn thành;
Supervising the technical progress of finishing part;

Chấp nhận nội bộ về nguyên liệu và số lượng công việc;
Internal acceptance of material and internal acceptance of quantity of work;

Những công việc khác theo phân công của cấp trên;
Perform other assigned tasks;

- English communication (Verbal & Reading)
- Experience with high-end residential, complex buildings
- Experience working for Real estate developer is preferable
- Enough experience for giving quickly solutions and actions regarding many aspect of activities of construction on site
- This position welcomes MEP supervisor or Civil & Structural supervisor, 5-8 years experience.
