Department/ Store: NSD
Direct Supervisor: NSD Manager
Direct Supervisor’s Manager: Deputy CEO
ACCOUNTABILITES
1. Project Management (40%):
● In charge of project schedule, budget, executive plans and resources
● Identify project problems and ability to manage operation
● Ensure projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
● Take charge on the cost control on labour, material and equipment
● Manage all contract documentation and schedule
● Ensure that all works carried out are undertaken within current codes of practice and company standard
● Prepare Bill of Materials/ Equipment list, budget and manpower plan
● Coordinate with relevant parties to review designs and resolve areas of concern promptly
2. Site management (60%):
● Lead, supervise and coordinate site works
● Responsible for all inspection works
● Attend site and project meetings
● Ensure all works and employees/contractors adhere to all safety regulations in site areas
● Supervise assigned work site to ensure it follows approved drawings
● Check technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
● Update work plans on regular basis
● Supervise contractors/subcontractor
● Prepare site reports and filling in other paperwork

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Qualifications/ Relevant Technical Skills
● Degree in Architectural Construction/Building Management, Building Engineering/Studies, Construction Engineering management or Civil/Structural Engineering
Relevant Work Experience
● At least 3 years’ experience in project management & supervision of site building & fit -out working
Other Requirements
● Able to communicate in English.
● Good computer skill (Word, Excel, Auto-Cad)
● Good management skill, high sense of responsibility, willing to work overtime and under high pressure;
● Be able to work individually and as part of a team
