Site Security Manager (VSIP Bac Ninh)

Primary Purpose and scope:
The Vietnam Security Unit fits within the Linfox Security and Asset Management Group. The Vietnamese Security Unit will provide a highly visible and a highly trained response:
- To provide efficient, effective and proactive strategies in order to protect Linfox employees and enhance our safe workplace philosophy.
- To provide effective strategies to reduce the risk of loss, damage or theft of Linfox assets and customer property.
- To promote an understanding within Linfox customers that our service includes best practice strategies aimed at protecting assets and maintaining a safe work environment for all.
- To provide advice and guidance to all Linfox employees on a number of topics, including ethics and integrity within the workplace.
- May be required to undertake duties over and above the duties as detailed below. Parameters will be prescribed by the Vietnam National Security Manager or his delegate.
- Prepared to undergo continuous training and development.

- Education,Qualification: Graduated from The People's Police Academy or have experience in the field of security and protection
- Key competencies & Skills: + Having leadership skills, working independently and teamwork.
+ Be well-regulated and strict.
- Language: Good communication in English, proficient reading and writing.
- Personality: Honest, enthusiastic, under pressure of work, traveling when required
- Work experience: As least 3 years of experience in security and protection management
- Other requirement: Knowledge and have experience working in warehouse field is plus.
