REPORTING TO Regional Account Director
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for Integrated Facilities Management Services a FMCG manufacturing site, with an emphasis on the food and soft service delivery
• Be responsible for the retention and ongoing development of high potential Supervisors and front end staff
• Comprehensive Management of Facilities, Helpdesk Operations, Business Data Intelligence, Performance Analytics, Sourcing and Procurement and Technology Applications
• Achieve Financial / KPI targets through successful delivery of services in accordance with the Client’s Service Level Agreement.
• Client Relationship Management
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations
• Responsible for site service delivery and escalation. Reporting key issues and events to the Regional Account Director and / or regional / local Client(s)
• Establish / maintain operational procedures and implement / drive consistency to client
• Implement cost saving programs to reduce costs
• Responsible for personnel management, including coaching, performance targets, reviews, goal setting and mentoring
• Establish and report related budgets using the Sodexo client reporting system
• Related 24 x 7 emergency call support and site attendance as required
• Preparing related incident reports as required
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly performance reports
• Ensure compliance with Client’s and Sodexo policies and procedures
• Ensure defects are identified, captured on the helpdesk and actioned within Service Level Agreements
• Track and monitor Customer feedback to facilitate Client satisfaction
Catering Service
• Comply with all statutory and Company obligations with regard to food safety, HACCP and hygiene standards. Achieve zero proven food borne illnesses or unfit food incidents
• Ensure that the highest quality standards of the catering services are maintained by proficient evaluation and assessment, including the audit and review of suppliers
• Ensure legal compliance with existing hygiene and food safety legislation
• Set up educational programs and campaigns to promote a culture of hygiene and food safety and environmental awareness
• Audit site weekly, recommend, and propose corrective action plans and follow up
• Participate in hygiene and food safety audits by external inspectors
• Maintain hygiene and food safety statistics and generate accurate reports
• Ensure all reported food safety related incidents are fully investigated and corrective actions completed
• Train our staff on hygiene and food safety, environment, and quality related topics to operational teams and contract managers as appropriate
Cleaning and Laundry
• Manage the delivery of the soft service on site including cleaning, laundry and landscaping, ensuring compliance with GMP protocols where applicable
• Ensure that the highest quality standards of the cleaning and laundry services are maintained by proficient evaluation and assessment
• Ensure legal compliance with existing hygiene and safety legislation
• Audit site weekly, recommend, and propose corrective action plans and follow up
• Maintain hygiene and safety statistics and generate accurate reports
• Ensure all reported related incidents are fully investigated and corrective actions completed
• Train our staff on GMP, environment, and quality related topics to operational teams and contract managers as appropriate
Financial Management
• Responsible for achievement of the agreed financial targets for revenue and expenses
• Financial management including budget forecasting, billing, vendor payment and budget management
• Assist the Client with the development of the IFM budgets and forecasts
• Achieve savings targets in accordance with Client contract deliverables
Contract Management
• Ensure compliance with contract requirement and the achievement of key performance indicators, service levels and other performance measures.
• Lead and manage the MOR per site using the agreed template and contract agreed agenda and deliverables

• Demonstrated experience in balancing the interests of the client with those of the Sodexo
