Site Manager (Work in Quang Ngai)

Site Manager will be in charge of following task:

• Budgeting: prepare, report and get approval before implementation.
• Organization: well organize and control all necessary resources (manpower, machinery & equipment, materials, subcontractor, outsourcing etc.) as bases for implementing projects.
• Scheduling: prepare schedule, milestones, catch up plan, speed up plan… to ensure the final completion schedule meet the contract condition with client or sooner.
• Quality and procurement: prepare and control all procedures, work scopes to meet contract requirements and legal requirements.
• Implementation: control day to day activities to ensure all scopes of work to be performed as contract requirements.
• Collection money and Cash flow management: control work done, make procedure for collection money to ensure necessary balance cash in & out.
• Risks management: plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any issue
• Report: prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status (weekly, monthly, completion, closing, after service, lesson learnt...)
• Others: prepare all necessary procedures for getting acceptance, approval, license etc. for project.

• Have Construction Practice Certificate with Grade I,II under the Circular no. 17/2016/TT-BXD;
• Proven working experience in construction management;
• Having at least 12 years of working experience (5 years working for steel structure projects);
• Expert knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods, regulations and quality standards of Vietnam and international standards;
• Competent in conflict and risks management;
• Leadership and human resources management skills;
• Excellent time and project management skills;
• Fluently in English: TOEIC speaking with score 600 or above;
• BS Degree in Construction Management/Architecture/Engineering or equivalent.

- Bonus (~ 02 months of salary /year)
