Mô tả công việc
- Assist the Project Director in managing construction works on site, inclusive of liaison with contractors and other parties inclusive of authorities and public
- Plan, evaluate and monitor project schedule inclusive of required drawings/info and to coordinate all construction activities
- Review progress of work, submit weekly report and to propose measures to mitigate delay inclusive forward planning to prevent potential problems
- Assist in setting up site supervision team to overseeing supervision consultants’ works
- Coordinate and manage the supervision teams to ensure timely completion of the project with the budget and with exceptionally high quality
- Assist in checking material delivered in terms of quality and quantity as well as schedule of delivery and site storage
- Evaluate submissions from contractors/ suppliers, shop drawings, method statements and materials
- Collate, prepare and submit regular reports to management
- Support project management team and legal team in construction issues related to authority requirements and meetings
- Assist in setting up site safety team inclusive of safety procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure site safety, cleanliness, to meet Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) as per company and country standards
- Assist in setting up QAQC team inclusive of QAQC procedures
- Conduct inspections to ensure that construction works are carried in accordance with the design, construction methods, procedures to meet our quality standards
- Conduct value engineering to achieve cost, time saving and constructability as well as the ease of maintenance
- Provide feedback to design team and others to improve project quality especially in terms of constructability

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in Civil & Construction Engineering, Architecture, M&E or related field.
- At least 08 years of experiences
- Good knowledge of local building regulations and design/construction practices
- Good leadership and communication skills with strong ability to lead and negotiate
- Well-versed in MS Project, AutoCADD, Revit, Word and Excel as well as Power Point
