Site Manager (High Rise Building)

- Responsible for supervision, monitor and checking of construction at site.
- Conducts in-process inspection of construction works, monitors accomplishment as against project schedule and recommends construction methodologies
- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or related standards.
- Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site, make sure sites meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements.
- Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel.
- Judge whether projects are workable by assessing materials, costs, time and labor requirements
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Lead, motivate, communicate with, develop, appraise and performance manage staff to ensure staff are fully motivated to achieve best performance to meet the company’s needs.

- Has an education background in Civil Construction
- Has a background in construction management, have experience in high rise building construction
- Has thorough knowledge of all rules and regulations regarding private property and/or public works
- Be good at meeting deadline
- Be independent on the proper functioning of a given site
- Good at computer skills and written communication skills for reporting.
- Good at English
- Able to work at Hai Phong
