Site Manager - Construction Manager

Responsibilities:
- To receive requirements and instructions from investor, project manager and deploy to involved parties.
- To check site and solve technical matters.
- To check site meet requirements of schedule or not, remind supervisors and contractors when unsatisfactory.
- To complete weekly report, monthly report. Organize daily, weekly, monthly meetings.
- To review or approve all submitted documents from Contractor...
- To give recommendations to investors for approval variation fee from Contractor.
- To give instruction or warning to Contractor, Supervision.
- Correspondence with investor.
- Other missions from Board of Management in Project Management Team.

* Project location: Cai Lan Port, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh

- University graduated: BA in Engineering.
- At least 5 years working experience as the same position in construction field for township/high-rise building projects .
- Supervision Certificate is preferred.
- Knowledgeable in construction, project management.
- Being active, enthusiastic, responsible for work and intending to work for long time for the company is preferred.
- Good communication in English.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Being a team player, enthusiastic, and responsible for work.
