• Making project schedule, installation methods
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant participants and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Submit Reports and escalate to management,
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all participants
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

- Work location: District 1, HCMC

- At least 15 year- experience in construction
- Experience in Apartment projects (over 600 units)
- Practising certificate for supervision of execution of building works is a must.
- Have experience as Site Manager
- Prefer candidates with experience working in the leading construction company in the field of apartment and building.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of written/ spoken English and good computer skills
