Site Manager ( Buildings/factories) - Chỉ Huy Trưởng Công Trường

• Participating with Project Manager in setting up the main objectives of the work site;
• Surveying, planning, scheduling work progress and preparation works for executing the works;
• Studying and accurately deploying drawings, technical standards and construction methods;
• Operating and managing construction works;
• Implementing and managing the project schedule;
• Updating, adjusting and coordinating as required by the project schedule;
• Implementing, controlling the costs of construction items, control performance of the work scope under the contract;
• Planning for quality management of the work site;
• Establising the organisation chart on the work site;
• Directly working with Investor, Supervision Consultant, Project Management Consultant to resolve the relevant issues;
• Organization, implementation acceptance work and making the payment documents;
• Managing, assessing the capacity and approving the payment document of the construction team/group, sub-contractor and vendor;
• Notifying the Company’s department/ divisions of the acceptance work and handing over the construction item/works;
• Other related tasks.

• Education: Bachelor Degree in civil engineering or Relevant Degree.
• Certificate: Relevant certificate of construction field (such as: license for construction supervision or construction safety).
• Experience: 5- 8 years experience for Construction field (high buildings, factories), minimum 2 years experience of the same position.
• Language: Reading, writing and communicating English well in construction field.
• Software: Expert in major software and MS. Office.
• Other requirement:
+ Skill in planning, annalyzing, handling and managing the effective work.
+ Ability to work under high pressure and teamwork.
+ Dynamic, enthusiastic, high sense of responsibility in job.
• Preferred candidates is Vietnamese
