Site Inspector

This position is required to mainly handle below tasks;

1. Site Control
- To have knowledge and experience of execution of electrical, plumbing, sanitary, POP,
wood work and so on.
- To Supervise & monitor work execution at site and site labor / workforce.
- To Coordinate with the vendors for Material procurement at site.
- To have Knowledge and understanding of Site Measurement and Vendor Billing.
- To Maintain harmony at site.
- Time management to finish the site construction until the handover date.

2. Quality Control
- To have technical understanding of drawings and getting work executed at the site as per the
drawings issued.
- To have understanding the design concept and execution of interior finishing work.

3. Report
- To report daily work progress to the Project Head.
- To keep a record of contractors, labor and workforce at the site and reporting the
attendance to the Project Head.
- To keep a record of work, materials, tools and equipment used at the site & reporting the
same to the Project Head.

• IT Skills: 1. AutoCad 2D (To prepare various drawings)
 2. Office software to making a report.
• Experience: Preferably over 3 years in the site supervising field.
• English: Good command of English.
• Allowance: Only mobile allowance to be additionally provided
• Probation: 2 months (85% of salary to be paid during probation)
• Starting: As soon as possible
• Salary : 10,500,000 - 14,000,000 VND (≈ 450$ - 600$).
