Mô tả công việc
• Implement Company HSE policies and programs during the entire duration and all the phases of the project.
• Develop and execute health, safety and environment plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines and client’s requirements
• Assist the Project Manager in developing of project’s leaders HSE Leadership capabilities
• Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
• Implement a risk management process with a clear follow up of actions items
• Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations
• Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and assist HR to handle worker’s compensation claims
• Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
• Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics to client as required.
• In line with the accountability, define a HSE Plan and resources for the project activities
• Interface with Main-Contractor and Owner on the safety matters
• Manages and develops site HSE teams.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Male
• Efficiency with Computer skills
• Possess formal university degree in Engineering
• Minimum seven (07) year working experience as HSE personnel in the construction of the oil & gas, power plant and two (02) year working experience as HSE Manager.
• Completed three (03) or more HSE training courses in any field of Industrial Safety, Fire Prevention & fire-fighting; Construction Safety, Environment Management, industrial Hygiene, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001), NEBOSH, etc.;
• Good English skills
• Extensive travel to and from projects and various field assignments will be required.

The construction of an office-cum-factory has been completed within VSIP, QN in December 2015. Additional 0.5 hectare linked-land (5,000 sq.m.) has been acquired and will be developed in 2016. BMV is currently providing scaffolding services for refineries in Vietnam. Other products sold in Vietnam includes shell-and-tube heat exchangers..
