Mô tả công việc
- Capable to cooperate with building management/landlord.
- Understand about structure, architect, interior and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge about construction detail drawing.
- Ability to do site measurement on site and reflected into drawings.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors;
- Ensuring that all materials used and works performed are as per specification.
- Overseeing the selection and requisition of material and plan.
- Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
- Understand regulation of the local regulation and building management/landlord.
- Compile and review the structure, architecture, ID and ME construction drawing and or as build drawing.
- Preparing report as required.
- Ability to travel from job site to job site as required by management.
- Handle/ Support projects or other assignments as per request.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 4 or more years working closely with senior management handling responsibilities like the ones described above. Working experience in Real Estate, Real Estate Development, Construction, Construction Management and/or Project Management field is an advantage.
- Basic legal knowledge for reviewing contracts and other legal documents.
- Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking both in English and Vietnamese.
- High level of professionalism.
- Willing to be on call and work irregular hours.
- Must be able to work independently and as a part of a team.
