Site Development Manager

POLY currently manages 53 English Language Centers in Vietnam and Korea. To persuit our mission in Vietnam, we are openging up 50 new English Language Centers in Vietnam in the coming time.

We are looking for a Site Development Manager, who will work with team to:

- Explore suitable areas for opening new Foreign Language Centers in HCMC
- Carry out due deligence of potential areas for new center opening
- Negotiate, deal contracts and maintain good relationship with landlords
- Make report on progress timely
- Make surveys the locations surrounding and all relevant reports upon BOD 's request
- Ensure proper legal documents for new campus opening
- Handle other tasks as assigned by Line Managers

- 2+ years of experience in developing new campuses for educational organization
- Be enthusiastic & hardworking
- Be responsible and integrity
- Good knowledge in office interior outfitting/ decoration
- Ability to convince and exploit information
- Deep knowledge of land related laws and its applicable
- 30+ years old, good health
- Be able to travel
- Candidate working in educational industry & foreign language centers is a plus
