Site Civil Engineer

- Identify outstanding and incomplete drawings and interface details
- Test site materials.
- Control sub-contractor's executing work at site.
- Perform QC by monitoring, checking and reporting of site work.
- Verify the Statement and make daily report to Manager.
- Prepare bill of quantity (BOQ)
- Assist the Quantity Survey in valuating and in assessing addition work.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, if necessary.
- Other duties as assigned by General Manager.

Requirement for candidate (site engineer):
- Nationality: Vietnamese
- Major in factories, office building, apartment building, trade center
- Graduated from University with major in Civil engineering.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in construction field.
- Fluent in English (speaking, listening and writing).
- Proactive thinking, creative, hard working
- Friendly, honest, loyal, enthusiastic.
- Age: from 24 ~ 38


* Allowance (site engineer):
- Site welfare allowance (if employee working at site)
- Rent house: depend on project.
- Contract: depend on project
