SI Project Manager

Reporting structure: Report to Senior Manager
The Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for project quality and timeline management
• Responsible for Budget and Cost Effectiveness
• Team management and development
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Collaborate effectively with project team members, as well as other project stakeholders.
• Make the project proposal presentations to senior management/clients/partners.
• Manage several Team Leads, each responsible for an element of the project and its associated project team.
• Manage the integration and coordination of projects/initiatives with other complementary sector, departmental and inter-departmental initiatives, coordinating with their associated project managers and its associated project team.
• Performer cost/benefit, risk and impact analyses of proposed initiatives, including implementation plans.
• Define, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Prepare plans, charts, tables and diagrams to assist in analyzing or displaying problems.
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Ensure that all processes are documented and that documents are appropriately archived
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Continuously evaluate and communicate status of ongoing projects, identify any bottlenecks or risks, manage expectations.
• Conduct closeout activities, including development of lessons learned.

Qualifications Requirement):
. Bachelor's Degree (IT background)
• Strong project management from 4-6 years. Have experience in implementation project of Information Technology systems
projects and acted as SI Project Manager including risks/issues management processes supporting the delivery. (Must-have)
• Fluency in English essential. Japanese would be an advantage
• Experience producing software development scope/specification documentation
• Experience/knowledge of a software programming environment preferred
• Knowledge of product development and product lifecycles
• Very strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work with best practices
• Able to take on many roles in a growing, entrepreneurial company environment
