Objective:
Responsible for the overall operations & management of Samsung Experience Shops. Deliver profit and ensure long-term vision and goals.
Responsible in driving in-store innovation ensuring premium & dominant Samsung look across all the categories. This role has full understanding of consumer journey and path to purchase
Description:
* Showcase Strategy-Building
• Provide thorough analysis of SC performance and opportunities. Set the vision, objectives strategies and tactics to drive KPIs.
• Effective Management and aligned with the Global Strategy and Local Strategy.
• Build the vision and short term/long term plan for SC to drive the Business objectives (Marketing objectives)
• Manage SC as a MKT hub in pioneering new ideas/ new applications product launches/ MKT campaigns…
• Frequently search & update best-in-class digital & traditional MKT Concept & Principles globally and for quick re-application in local market.
• Build, manage & enlarge the Databases of SC consumers (visitors/ Samsung fans/current shoppers & end-user and potential customers) to drive marketing plan and contents.
* Showcase building
• Own all the T&C of the store with the entire partner related to: Leasing, 3rd party for operation.
• Work closely with HQ for developing design concept and integrated with local consumer insight for all the categories with delightful shopping experience
• Drive the concept development of in-store designs, visual identity and merchandising.
• Select, lead and evaluate agency/ vendor/ supplier to ensure their best in class Executions & timely Launch for all MKT activities.
* Showcase KPI Setting and Reports Generation & Analysis
• KPI setting and measurement.
• Monitor & analyze data. Maintain and analyze critical KPI scorecards/dashboard.
• Communicate and review periodically with internal stakeholders. Provide monthly reports to RHQ and HQ
• SC Reviews monthly/quarterly with management team.
* Investment Strategy
• Evaluate the financial Aspects of MKT Activities, such as Budgets, Expenditures, ROI and P&L Projections,
* Traffic and Demand Generation
• Develop competitive marketing programs in coordination with the PM, MarCom and Sales cross-functional teams.
• Craft exclusive services & additional product-value offering
• Build and control Marketing calendar from all the categories to drive the traffic to store by event/activation/activities to deliver SC KPIs
* People Management
• Provide quality training to all store staff ~ focused on delightful consumer experience.
• Lead & supervise MKT teams & agencies/ vendors, manage all aspects of marketing operations and daily execution.
* Cross-Functional Interaction
• Work closely with Key stake holders in all divisions to understand drivers of market growth and consumer demand & shopper needs
• Work closely with others division to integrate and control all the product launch/activities into 1 master activities to make sure the effectiveness for the SC as a Marketing event point

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Master/University Graduate (Preferably Business Course)
• At least 3 - 5 years Marketing Manager Experience
• Management & Leadership Skills
• Communication, Presentation & Negotiation Skills
• Analytical, Results-Oriented, Team Player
• Knowledge of functional roles in the organisation
• Understanding of competitive trade and industry structures
• Knowledge of issues on trade concentration and market dynamics
• Knowledge of finance & control systems and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and good command of the English language
• At least 3 - 5 years Marketing Manager Experience
• Management & Leadership Skills
