Mô tả công việc
1. Develop & lead the execution of shopper/channel insights & drive channel growth in assigned channel for all categories via cross category activities:
- Develop customer & shopper insight for assigned channel. Translate insights into business building opportunities within specific customers/channels.
- Localize channel blueprint & identify key priorities per channels
- Give inputs to Category Management to sharpen up CFCS. Influence Category Management to invest in prioritized categories in specific channels.
- Build channel/shopper marketing capability for the team.
2. Co-work with CCD/Mkt/KA in developing, concept building and set standard for in – store brand activations. Develop and execute cross category activities for MT (e.g. NSO, H&B/BHHH, key events,…):
- Proposal & selling story.
- Path to Purchase
- Business case / channel CC%
- Perfect execution in store.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree major in Economics, Business management...
- 2 years+ of working experiences in Shoppper Marketing/ Shopper Activation in Modern Trade channel
- Strong in insight generation, concept building.
- Logical thinking & data analytics
- Strong negotiation skill and strategic influencing.
- Initiative & passion to create change
- Result oriented.
- 2 years+ of working experiences in Shoppper Marketing/ Shopper Activation in Modern Trade channel
