Daily Sales Monitoring
- Daily manage promoter and take care of daily sales in the shop.
- Customer care, problem-solving
- To co-ordinate with PIC salesman and dealer for sell-in, stock matter
Shopfront Display
- Sony Product Display, POPs, VMD, guide promoters to display to meet Sony Center Criteria.
- Propose renovation, corners need to be renewed if the furnitures are too old, under bad condition.
Product Knowledge Training for Promoters, Class Room for Customers
- Conduct products & display, customer care training at the shop for promoters.
- Frequently conduct classroom to train product knowledge for customers.
Daily Report
- To make daily sell-out report, customer feedback, problems... to Line manager.
Others
- To propose, make plan and carry out sales promotion, hands-on... to attract customers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College/ Bachelor is required, prefer Economics, MKT, Business Administration
- Experience: At least 02 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing, preferable to work as shop manager
- Knowledge: strong understanding about retail management, business operation, general knowledge of Consumer electronic product is preferable
- English: Advanced
- Proficiency in MOS, especially excel
- Other requirements:
+ Good communication
+ Good negotiation
+ PG management
+ Customer service oriented
+ Be able to work independently and work in weekend, holiday.
+ Analytical thinking
+ Reporting skill
- Experience: At least 02 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing, preferable to work as shop manager
