Mô tả công việc
- Proactively looking for potential site nationwide then coordinating with vendors to qualify the best site for new Shop outlets.
- Managing operations of all shop nationwide to ensure operational excellence.
- Managing the vendor in term of daily execution at shops to achieve both sales and service target.
- Working out total sales plan by shops and drive vendor and their team to meet objectives.
- Supervising assigned sales team on daily basis in term of fieldworks, service audit at Shop outlets
- Provide appropriate on/off job training to the team to improve their capability frequently
- Aligning with internal department for ensuring timeline of all support items.
- Adhere to company’s policies and procedures.
- Fulfill related job assigned by immediate manager.

- Experience in Expanding Shop, Store system or related fields.
Knowledge and Skills
- Managing things in details with result oriented
- In depth understand of retail execution excellence
- High level of communication skills and extrovert characteristic.
Language
- Vietnamese and English communication fluently
