Shoe Technician

*Workplace : Binh Duong, Long An, Dong Nai

*Objectives:
- Supervise production line in order to ensure conformation to quality standards and technical design requirements.

*Reports to: Production Manager in Vietnam
*Primary Responsibilities:
• Ensure all testing is carried out and follow up necessary rectifications
• Ensure the counter sample playback on line production;
• Ensure shipments happen in a timely manner
• Provide guidance to the line operators on production process / quality improvement
• Follow-up the corrective actions done by in line operators
• Monitor the status and quality during the production process
• Conduct inspection
• Supports the factories in activities aimed at optimizing production flow and efficiency of internal organization.

Knowledge And Skill Requirements:
1. Deep technical knowledge in footwear fit construction;
2. Knowledge in all the production processes;
3. Experience in Line Building;
4. Experience in Quality Control
5. The local factory working experience and English language are required.
6. More than 5 years of working experience in Shoe technology. Having worked for Footwear Brands at the same position is a plus.

* Employee benefits:
- Bonus: One month salary is confirmed at year end for one year in service; or pro-rated if service period is less than year year.
