Mô tả công việc
• Meeting/prioritizing packing/PGI target as per customer/LSP requirements
• Manpower & process management in shipping warehouse in the shift
• Manage finished goods shipment, Inventory control & location accuracy
• Record & communicate deviations with shipping manager & drive correction actions with respective teams
• Ensuring 100% compliance to packing types/labels with country requirement
• Manage consumables inventory/flow to packing lines
• Respond to customer complaints with containment & CAPAs.
• Co-ordinate with IE for packing line improvement & changes
• Lead kaizen initiatives related to productivity, packaging efficiency quality, safety with shift level/other teams

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1.Educational background:
Required: Bachelor`s degree in relevant field
Preferred: Graduate from University of Economics, Foreign languages, Foreign Trade
2. Experiences: 2-4 years of experience in warehouse management
3. Skills
• Ability to work in dynamic and fast changing environment
• Interpersonal skills to manage head counts of the shift
• Ability to recognize the abnormalities in the daily operations and resolve those.
• Brainstorming to come up with ideas to improve daily jobs further
• Team/individual work
4. Others
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written for daily communication
• SAP sales & distribution module is preferred
