Shipment Planner

- Work Location: 11th Floor, Vincom Center, 72 Le Thanh Ton Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Hochiminh City, Vietnam

- Do the shipment plan based on customer’s SOP / DIA / CIR and other specific destination rules. Coordinate with vendors / carriers and CFS team to ensure cargoes to be shipped as planned

- Perform daily work as per customer’s SOP requirement
- Create and update job file per SO in CIEL as soon as vendor booking confirmation is released
- Receive, validate and confirm CY booking and Load Plan.
- Do shipment planning based on DIA / SOP / CIR and Ship-to Requirements and carrier allocation.
- Provide the volume forecast to carriers and ensure the forecast accuracy to meet customer’s expectation.
- Control actual carrier allocation based on SOP and quarterly carrier allocation given by customer.
- Send SPR to customer destinations for both of CFS and CY shipment plan for their approval.
- Create master file and place carrier booking via CIEL with intended stuffing date before SI cut-off.
- Inform releant parties and revise the systems in case of shipping schedule change / vessel delay.
- Create SP in GTN.
- Send CLP to WMS and via email to CFS team together with loading instruction and carrier booking confirmation note.
- Assign / Split Carrier BL based on DIA
- Send on board list to vendors.
- Provide completed CLR included BL split details to Data & Docs team who submits SI via CIEL to carriers.
- Check cargo inventory report to ensure no cargo is missed to load and ship
- Compose and maintain the IOP / SOP agreed with carriers and warehouse teams.
- Manage carrier performance in term of booking / forecast / vessel schedule / equipment / BLs Be willing to support team / colleagues in peak season / high workload.
- Contribute the initiatives to develop GTN booking platform / Optimizer tool and Process/ Communication Flow between customer’s SPR / Carriers / CFS team and vendors. Maintain CFS ratio as expected.
- Other duties as assigned.

*** Your skills and experience:
- Possess Bachelor degree in International Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics, or related field
- At least 1 year experienced in export process
- Good knowledge in Shipping/ Forwarding
- Good at customer service & solving problem skills, leadership skill is an advantage Good English communication skill (both verbal & written)
