Mô tả công việc
The purpose of this job is to ensure the safe and cost efficient operation of the processing assets by assisting processing Expatriate personnel in translating in both written and oral from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
- Translating Pre start meeting minutes
- Oversee the distribution of PPE tracking, PPE room re-stocking
- Tool store management and tool, store tracking, including notify area supervisor and senior supervisors if tools are lost or damaged, checking condition of tools when returned.
- Radio/tool store/Reline container Audits
- Organizing warehouse orders (consumables) for different Area Supervisors
- Collecting signatures for A/L and S/L forms, and checking entitlements if required (Need to be familiar with the labor laws)
- Updating the annual leave roster for both operators and supervisors.
- Communication between the main plant to Admin, UMAC and Le Quan
- Communication between Processing and the NPMC clinic, etc.
- Communication between Processing and Mr Sy to arrange mobile equipment for plant housekeeping.
- Manning level tracking and monthly reporting
- Updating and tracking progress of the Asset excellence registers
- Processing PM Work order distribution to relevant area supervisors and tracking
- Training data filing and logging into OJT software including tracking of SOP training
- Managing and coordinating PAPs when required.

Qualification
- University graduate in English or relevant.
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in interpretation and translation role.
Personal Qualities
- Excellent spoken, written and comprehension of the English Language
- Good in in MS Office
- Hold a current drivers license
- Understanding of OH&S requirements in the workplace
- Exposure to Safety, Health, Environment and Community practices
