SHEQ Officer - Nhân Viên An Toàn Môi Trường Lao Động

1/ Works with resources and their subcontractors, General Contractors and customers to ensure a clear understanding of the Environment Health and Safety policies, and proper implementation of Environment Health and Safety procedures and processes at work site.
2/ Identifies and evaluates hazardous conditions and practices and develop in line with the organization, Environment Health and Safety control practices and programs. Reports hazards, unsafe acts or conditions or any Environment Health and Safety concerns to the Site Manager.
3/ Maintains, develops, performs training for staff relating to Environment, Health and Safety.
4/ Coordinates Investigations for all Incidents in conjunction with facility staff personnel. Work with the local office, Supervisors and Site Manager to manage worker’s compensation cases. Share lessons learned within the Company and track closure of required actions.
5/ Provides injury/illness reports for accuracy and completeness. Manage injury/illness information database and use information to perform trend analysis on monthly basis.
6/ Supports Site Manager in the preparation and archiving of tool boxes, Safe Act Observations, and other related Environment Health and Safety documents.
7/ Facilitates Environment Health and Safety committee meeting with the organization, suppliers and sub-contractors.
8/ Coordinates with local Environment Health and Safety authorities and assess new developments and regulations applicable to health and safety field.
9/ Assists, supports service team in complying with all applicable statutory regulations requirements, company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards.
10/ Reports hazards, unsafe acts or conditions or any Environment Health and Safety concerns to the Site Manager.
11/ Evaluates suitability of personal protective equipment per operation and operation. Monitors, reports periodic inspection of all types of Personal Protective Equipment.
12/ And perform other job-related duties as assigned by Site manager.

- Gender: Male
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or any degree commensurate to Environmental, Health and Safety, or related field.
- With 3 years’ experience/ knowledge in the field EHS and Quality Management System requirements and processes.
- Ability to analyse process and make recommendations for improvements
- Well-organized and able to keep and maintain good filing system of both hardcopy and softcopy
- Ability to use Microsoft software to effectively create reports
