SHE Officer (Technical Equipment, Safety, Security and Environmental, Safety Induction)

* Purpose
To be responsible for the management and implementation of the safety induction activities of the Hanoi Pilot Metro Line project Track work.

* Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for all of the safety induction for new comer, safety induction for operator
• Proactively manage and organise the works to meet SHE requirement and Viet Nam law;
• Study all site documentation (including but not limited to Method statement, Risk assessment, Specific Site safety brief sheets, Safety alerts etc.) prior to works;
• Working with other (Construction, logistic team to coordinate adequate briefing and training
• Preparation and management of Tool box meeting before start works.
• Mornitoring and check, tools and equipment including maintenance and report
• Coordination of the works with interfacing contractors;
• Inspection machine equipment, tool on the site
• Other duties as assigned by line manager from time to time.

• Diploma or Bachelor meet Safety law in Viet Nam
• 8-10 years minimum experience in SHE projects.
• 03 years’ experience in a similar position (Safety induction).
• Effective leader with management skills, and experience in managing larger teams,
• Team spirit approach and communication skills
• Good computer skills ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
• Excellent command of English. Vietnamese is beneficial but not necessary
