Mô tả công việc
· Sustain current SHE management system that is compliant with ISO standards, monitor compliance with legal & Henkel SHE management system.
· Zero accident, zero injuries and exposures
· SHE training to employees , 100% compliance of permit to work and LOTOTO
· Safety inspection, internal monthly SHE audit (site SHE audits and BBS audits, Focused audits compliance)
· Risk assessment, safety analysis, process safety, occupational safety, SOP and operational training
· Management of change, incident report and investigations, Near miss, first aid, Emergency drill. Follow up of all action items,
· SHE project management, execution of studies and follow through
· SHE committee meetings and promotion of SHE
· Exposure and hygiene monitoring
· Environment and sustainability
· SHE in 3PM and 3PL.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
· University degree in engineering
· Over 8 years experience in chemical processing industry and 5 years in SHE management level.
· Good understanding of Vietnam legal requirement of SHE
· Good understanding of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
· Good training skill
· Strong analytical and organizational skills.
· Works well independently and with multiple levels of the organization.
· Good understanding of SHE management for explosion proof facilities
· Good command of English
· Over 8 years experience in chemical processing industry and 5 years in SHE management level.
· Good understanding of Vietnam legal requirement of SHE
· Good understanding of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
