SHE Coordinator

• Managing safety & health -, environmental - , risk management policy to reach compliance and aiming at continuous improvement, reducing the environmental impact, striving for zero accidents and occupational diseases and ensuring business continuity.
• Corporate with relevant departments to compose and update the security, environmental documents and control the implementation of procedures
• Act as an independent Center of Expertise within the operating company for the following fields of expertise: Occupational Safety, Health, Environment & Risk management
• Initiate and execute improvement measures that lead to improvements on the areas of working conditions, safety, quality, effectiveness and the environment within the goals of Perfetti Van Melle.
• Managing the share point “BLUE portal” regarding risk management and Safety Health and Environment. Monitoring and reporting of the progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Informing and advising in order to gain further insight into relevant environmental and occupational health and safety aspects in the context of decision-making within the framework of Perfetti Van Melle as well as maintaining contacts with other affiliated Perfetti Van Melle companies.
• Translating the policy intentions of the Perfetti Van Melle group into (policy) proposals and action plans so that the derived, local objectives are timely completed.
• Draw up required reports in the field of the environment and working conditions for internal and external use where applicable.
• Drafting, maintaining and contributing to the management systems so that structural attention and awareness is ensured in the fields of expertise. All this in line with the corresponding group objectives.
• Managing an up-to-date environmental permit file and ensure compliance.
• Managing Risk Inventory and Evaluation (RIE) with associated plan of approach and monitor its progress.
• Investigating, documenting and reporting, both internally and externally, of (almost) accidents and proactively submitting recommendations in this area, including follow-up up; supervising external accident analysis.
• Manage and lead factory cleaning team to keep production surroundings clean and in order.
• Manage and control all waste disposal is handled in accordance to company policy and to government regulations. .
• Other duties as assigned.

• University graduate – Industrial Management major or Safety and/or Risk Engineering
• At least 3-4 yr experience at the same position in manufacturing companies,
• Thorough understanding and knowledge of local applicable ESH&R laws and legislation.
• Strong communication (both oral & written English & Vietnamese) and supervising skill;
• Good Presentation; use of Excel, PowerPoint
