• Acts as a liaison between Operational Departments and Information Technology (IT) Departments.
• Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing SharePoint sites, systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
• Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
• Works with Operational Departments to identify processes that can be streamlined using SharePoint workflows and other SP features.
• Has strong Microsoft Windows and Domain administration using O365 integration.
• Prepares specifications for SharePoint changes and needed workflows
• Able to understand and manage sites, site collections, content types, metadata term stores, workspaces, web parts, document libraries, and lists, and their uses within a mixed SharePoint content services environment.
• Assist in creating divisional strategy for SharePoint roles and responsibilities.
• Ability to manage overall SharePoint architecture and future roadmap to support business needs.
• Strong system documentation skills.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 2+ Years’ experience with O365 and SharePoint Online
• General Experience: 3+ years in a SharePoint environment
• Ability to utilize existing Microsoft technologies to meet customer needs
• Strong Office 365, Windows, and Domain administration experience
• Strong expertise with Site Collection administration - i.e., permissions, lists, libraries, wiki and related services setup or integration
• Ability to troubleshoot existing SharePoint sites and functionality
• Ability to design and create a SharePoint Site Structure and layout to meet organizational needs
• Ability to create custom InfoPath forms and SharePoint Designer workflows
• Experience with Microsoft Flow and Microsoft PowerApps
• Ability to create, manage and troubleshoot SharePoint workflows
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent-relevant field of study or related industry experience.
