Principle Accountabilities:
Support sales team to deliver successfully through :
- Skill training;
- Compensation plan & effectiveness monitoring;
- Field leadership capability development;
- Sales recognition & motivation activities.
Reporting Relationship:
- Report to Sales Capability Manager.
- Coordinate with Sales Manager, Channel Manager, Sales system manager, Sales Project Manager, CS & L Manager and HRBP Manager, CAMs.
Job Responsibilities:
Designing & delivering training plans & training activities
- Define capabilities Gap & build annual training plan for Field force
- Implement training plan for both field force & the sales team
- Coordinate the corporate training plan for Sales team
Establishing the coaching culture in Sales
- Define capabilities gap & initiate programs to maintain/ improve the coaching culture in sales
Designing & assessing field force package effectiveness for supporting actions
- Propose compensation package for Field force
- Evaluate the effectiveness of such compensation plan for actions.
Developing sales force leadership development programs & implement
- Propose sales force leadership development
- Implement development & talent development programs for sales force
Engaging sales team through recognition & motivation schemes
- Initiate sales force recognition scheme
Others
- Develop, pilot and implement the standard core work processes, daily routine and supporting system for the team to deliver sales fundamentals.
- Coordinate the management trainee programs, where suggested,
- Other projects as assigned by Sales Operations Manager

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles
- Comfortable with data & MS excel skills
