Mô tả công việc
• Proposing solution in accordance with customer’s inquiry and requirement received from customer.
• Preparing quotations and submitting the same for manager’s approval.
• Understanding the scope of the job and preparing the required tools, equipment, parts and engineering design.
• Performing commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrade, warranty design and other service requests.
• Coordinating with manager and on-board customer support representative to handle work deviations.
• Conducting site surveys and recommending customers the required upgrade or changes in the existing or future system & conducting necessary trainings.
• Creating service reports, time sheets & delivery note, duly signed by customer.
• Ensuring adherence to work instructions, regulatory and ABB’s OHS policy.
• Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Automation.
• Minimum 2 years of experience (variable speed drives, PLC, switchgear, transformer).
• Preferable strong grade of Power Electronic, Electric Machine in University Grade Table Good communication skills.
• Onsite experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
