Service Sales Representative

• Take good care of existing customers. To conduct periodic maintenance for Air Purifier product and filter change for Water Purifier product at customer’s site.

• Collect customer complaints related to products and transferred to Technical team to resolved promptly.

• Maintain good relationship with existing customers to promote Service Membership & new sales opportunities.

• Responsible for Rental collection (if any) .

• Achieve sales target by exploring and developing new customers.

• Participate in Coway’s promotion activities .

• Age: 18-45 years old (female preferred) with private vehicle (motorbike) .

• Experience: Not required. (Necessary training will be offered to the successful candidates). Having experience in service/ sales consulting is an advantage .

• Having strong network and experience in direct sales such as insurance, financial consulting, nutrition food, cosmetics and home appliance is an advantage .

• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, customer oriented mindset .

• Having passion in sales and great team spirit .
