Service Sales Engineer (Attractive Salary & Bonus)

Scope of the position:
To be responsible for achieving personal sales targets and quarterly KPIs, growing market share and penetration to customers in the Central of Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:
- To market and promote our service to new and existing customer, consist of service contract and spare part kit
- To maintain good customer relation and provide efficient customer support to the assigned customers and market segment
- Use CRM database to record sales activities
- Manage key accounts and develop new segments (applications)
- Visit customers, traveling
- Conduct training for customers
- Troubleshooting and help customer solve issues with service if needed
- Ensure conformance with corporate guidelines
- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with partners, governmental institutions, associations

Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in engineering
- English: read and speak basic English
- Skills: Good analytical and problem solving skills, strong presentation skills, good at interpersonal skills.
- Experience:
• At least 2-3 years' experience in manufacturing or laboratory
• Understanding of quality standard compliance (ISO 9001; GMP, 17025, etc.) is an advantage.
