Key Responsibilities(主要职责):
• Handle telephone queries, ascertaining the most efficient route to satisfactory conclusion and in a manner which gives customers confidence that they are dealing with professional representatives of the company;
• Record accurate information and determine next course of action, referring to the line manager over issues where the relevant technical or practical experience is required to make a sound judgment;
• Responsible for aftermarket sales in your own region with the plan to grow new and existing Aftermarket Sales business;
• Requires the ability to deal effectively with all customers and to be able to manage customer’s expectations appropriately and with the objective of achieving required levels of satisfaction and recommendation from customers;
• Support the Aftermarket Sales and Service Dept. by providing a high quality service to our customers professionally and within a reasonable time scope;
• Be department interfaces between external customers and internal departments;
• Attract potential and existing customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about products and services;
• Maintains and prepares financial sales data reports by collecting and analyzing customer information;
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum 2+ years aftermarket sales experience, preferable in the automotive aftermarket. Interest in technique;
• Initiate and implement Marketing & Sales campaigns together with the Parts Manager in order to improve Aftermarket sales results;
• Excellent communicative and social skills;
• Knowledge of and experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Internet;
• Key account management skills would be beneficial;
• Proficient at speaking & business writing in Chinese and English.

能独立地工作,并有良好的团队合作精神。
