Service Post Sale - Urgent

ESCO VIETNAM is looking for 01 Service Post Sale (Urgent) to work in Ho Chi Minh City.
Responsibilities:
- Làm báo giá dịch vụ hiệu chuẩn, bảo trì, sửa chữa và các phụ tùng thay thế cho người sử dụng và cập nhật tình hình các báo giá mỗi tuần
- Make quotations of certification, maintenance, repairing and spare parts to end users and update the status of the quotations
- Theo dõi định kỳ mỗi tháng với các đại lý cập nhật giới thiệu dịch vụ hiệu chuẩn bảo trì về danh mục các sản phẩm mà đại lý đã cung cấp cho người sử dụng.
- Regularly monitor every month with dealers to update, promote calibration and maintenance service according to the product list dealers sold.
- Gửi thư điện tử định kỳ mỗi tháng đến với các khách hàng người sử dụng để giới thiệu dịch vụ hiệu chuẩn, bảo trì các sản phẩm của công ty Esco Việt Nam.
- Send regular emails every month to end user customers to promote certification and maintenance service package of Esco Vietnam
- Sắp xếp lịch trình cho các kỹ thuật viên hỗ trợ lắp đặt thiết bị mới cùng với nhà phân phối tại địa điểm người sử dụng, và hướng dẫn vận hành thiết bị sau khi cài đặt.
- Arrange the schedule for service engineers (assisting the dealers to install equipment at end user's location, and guiding end user how to operate equipment after installation.
- Sắp xếp lịch trình công tác của kỹ thuật viên về các dịch vụ hiệu chuẩn, bảo trì, bảo hành, thay thế phụ kiện cho người sử dụng sau khi ký hợp đồng
- Arrange the schedule for service engineers for calibration, maintenance, guaranteeing, replacing parts for end user.
- Sắp xếp lịch trình công tác của kỹ thuật viên đến những khách hàng người sử dụng tiềm năng để giới thiệu dịch vụ hiệu chuẩn, bảo trì sản phẩm của công ty Esco Việt Nam
- Arrange the schedule for service engineers to visit potential end users to introduce and promote certification and maintenance service package of Esco Vietnam
- Viết và cung cấp bản cứng báo cáo hiệu chuẩn, bảo trì của thiết bị đến người sử dụng sau khi các kỹ thuật viên hoàn thành công việc
- Write and send hardcopies of certification/maintenance reports to end users after service engineers complete the service jobs.
- Phản hồi với nhà máy về các phụ kiện bảo hành bị lỗi và theo dõi tình hình gửi hàng phụ kiện thay thế nhập trả về kho
- Feedback to the factory about defective accessories and monitor shipping status of replacement parts to replenish to the inventory.
- Quản lý danh mục các thiết bị đo đạc hiệu chuẩn và phối hợp với bộ phận vận chuyển gửi thiết bị đi hiệu chuẩn nước ngoài khi hết hạn.
- Manage the list of testing equipment and work with shipping department to dispatch the tools oversea for calibration when expired.
- Làm hợp đồng dịch vụ hiệu chuẩn, bảo trì, phụ kiện gửi cho khách hàng xác nhận.
- Make service contracts of certification, maintenance, spare parts to send to customers
- Hỗ trợ cùng với bộ phận tiếp thị dịch các tài liệu về sách hướng dẫn người sử dụng, tài liệu kỹ thuật của thiết bị etc
- Support together with marketing department to translate documents such as user manuals, technical data sheet etc.
- Làm các biên bản, nghiệm thu, thanh lý hợp đồng gửi cho khách hàng sau khi kỹ thuật hoàn thành xong dịch vụ.

- Graduate from college / university of economics, foreign trade, foreign languages, ...
- Have sufficient experience in import - export field (especially on laboratory equipment, medical equipment, pharmaceutical equipment).
- Having basic technical backgrounds is a must
- Having experience in technical translation and marketing is a plus
- Having experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Having at least 01 - 03 years of working experience.
- Good command of English (communication, writing and comprehending skills).
- Well organized, excellent customer service skills; self- motivated and willing to learn.
- Good attitude, hard working, honesty.
- Able to work independently and team work.
- Able to work under high pressure.
- Willing to work on Saturday or on weekend / holiday (if required).
- Commitment to work for long term.
- Working location: District 7, HCMC, Vietnam.
- Working time: 08:30 a.m to 06:00 p.m from Monday to Friday
