Mô tả công việc
The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
• Assist in developing, implementing and monitoring the Strategic and Business Plans of Service department in collaboration with other members
• Assist in developing and reviewing projects which are implemented by Service Planning team
• Collect, analyse and compile data on customer service field
• Handle warranty judge from ASCs and support warranty cost settlement
• Prepare working papers, reports to aid in the process of planning, policy formulation and problem solving
• Perform related work as required
