Service Manager (Refrigeration & Dairy)

Mueller Asia Co., Ltd. is specialized in the supply, installation and maintenance of bulk milk cooling tanks used in the dairy industry.
We are seeking for a friendly, outgoing, and eager to learn professional who has experience with industrial refrigeration for the role of Service Manager within our company.
The Service Manager is responsible for:
1. Managing the installation, service and after-sales of our milk cooling equipment in the field, including supervising or advising the engineers that are doing the service.
2. Providing training and technical support to our dealer network and to end users in the maintenance and servicing of Mueller equipment.
3. Report to all stakeholders and higher managers on service quality and finished works.
4. Answer technical questions or give technical advices to our customers.
5. Manage spare parts and tools used for the service.
6. Providing and follow up planning for periodic maintenance, service, and acquirement of required calibration, and safety certificates for operating cooling systems.
7. Flexible working time and always ready to give quick response and action to emergency requests from customers on equipment operation issues.

Requirements:
- University Graduate majoring in refrigeration or engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial cooling / refrigeration technology.
- Willingness to travel within Vietnam approx. 30% of the time and occasionally within South East Asia.
- In-depth knowledge of concepts such as condensing units, CIP, standards in food processing.
- Has ability and passion to manage operations from the office as well as conducting hands on service in the field if required.
- Good communication and strong leadership skills
- Car driving license
- Experience in a similar role and agriculture and/or in the dairy industry would be an advantage.
- Language: Vietnamese and English.
- Computer skills: Words, Excels, PowerPoint at Proficient level for business
