Service Manager ( Experienced in Car Workshop)

- Technical support and ad hoc problem
- Fix machine problem at customer site work
- Update new technical information to the dealer such as service documents, spare part list, software, technical issue etc.
- Analyze machine problem and provide a solution
- Perform maintenance plan, inspection and report the result of problem in weekly basic
- Warranty claim procedure support
- Perform excellent services system by following machine maintenance schedule

- Vietnamese nationality, male, age over 30 year old. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, electrical, Automotive engineering, and other related fields
- Strong experience in technical servicing machine/vehicle at least 5 years
- Exellent English communication and leadership skill (Toeic 550)
- Have basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and engine systems
- Able to instruct customers on machine operation, care and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of analytical thinking, leadership skill and reporting
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and under minimal supervision
- Able to start working immediately
