Service Integrity Manager

1. Be responsible of the Operations Department's activities including the Customer Service and Documentation (CS & Doc, Import) teams at HCM & All Other Voltrans Offices, Branches.
- Make and adjust the working process (SOP) of the whole Operations Department if necessary
- Supervise and manage all operation issues at Customs Clearance Department (EDi, cargo clearance, C/O application,...) and the CS & Doc Export team (Booking, Track, SI, HB/L, MB/L,...), CS & Doc Import (Prealert, HB/L, HAWB, A/N...) in line with the Company policies
- Manage the training plan for each unit (Operations and CS & Doc) to meet the new working process and new software
- Coordinate with HRM to plan staff recruitment for the Department to meet the operation’s requirements
- Set up the KPIs for each unit
- Handle emergency activities to ensure sufficient manning and that quick responses are available to meet operations requirements and customers’ needs
- Coordinate with internal and external partners / Departments for solving troubles on time and drawing solutions for the teams
2. Improve Industry knowledge to supports teams
- To capture all knowledge in the area of cargo import and export, how to work with carriers, vendors and customers
- Frequently update changes in the local charges of
Carriers
- Willing to share experiences to colleagues
3. Responsible for finding solutions with IT team to upgrade all SOP, operational tasks online
4. Report to Board of Director

• Request:
- Graduated from universities belonging to economics, Marketing, Trade, Foreign trade, Maritime, Import and Export, Transportation,…;
- At least 3 years of working experience in freight forwarding /Shipping Operations/ Customer services and logistics;
- Management Skills;
- Candidates' Priorities:
* Age: >30
* Language: Fluency in English, Writing, Speaking and other languages
* Experience: Used to work at other Freight Forwarder at Operations, Foreign Freight Forwarding Rep. Offices
