Service Executive (01 People)

1. Carry out after service in customer site.
(Service contents is mainly electric supports. Incase Mechanic team shorten maintenance parson, to support mechanical job)
- Carry out regular maintenance for generator at customer site
- Trouble shooting for emergency situation (Include night time. But rare case)
- Making report after maintenance (English)
2. Sales activity for increase after service
- Suggest after maintenance for increasing after service (New customer, Existing customer)
- Support to making quotation of maintenance (Making Parts list and maintenance schedule)
- Follow up customer after submitting quotation for maintenance
3. Other
- Administrate documents and tools for maintenance
- Do Kaizen activity for carrying maintenance efficiently.
- Implement activities to achieve organizational mission and service mission as needed

- Graduate at Electrical College or University
- Electrical engineering knowledge, maintenance skills, interest in technology / specifications, product knowledge of emergency generators
- Experience from 3-5 years
- Age: 35-45
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Good health
- Can drive forklift (in advantage)
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
