6-month fast track intensive training and on-the-job learning for fresh graduates and an opportunity for permanent employment at the end of the traineeship period
Key Responsibilities
o Participate in preparing customer site for installation events, assembling machines and conveyers.
o Execute preventive maintenance activities in line with global Tetra Pak standard procedures and reinstate equipment into production environment according to defined expectations.
o Execute timely reporting of all discovered Technical Issues according to the QTIM processes.
o Execute installation of relevant rebuilding kits according to procedures and reinstate equipment into production environment according to defined expectations.
o Inform relevant Tetra Pak Field Staff about ongoing service activities as well as of any issues affecting the customer or the quality of Tetra Pak service.
o Inform about any business opportunity discovered at the customer through the relevant channels.
o Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak at all times, ensuring and promoting good working relationships with the customer and that TP’s reputation is sustained.
o Execute and complete all relevant reports in an accurate and timely way. Distribute reports according to existing procedures and ensure that proper handover is done.
o Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak and Customer safety regulations and requirements.
o Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak standards and requirements regarding product quality and food safety. Escalate all discovered food safety, quality assurance and regulatory issues.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
o Graduated with a Bachelor Degree in 2019 with Mechanical, Mechatronics and/or Electrical Engineering Background
o Strong evidence of any previous hands-on experience is an advantage
o Good in English (both conversational and technical read/write)
o Process oriented, logical thinking
o Organization ability, decision making
o Can work under high pressure
o Good problem solving skills
o Available for frequent travel around Vietnam
