Mô tả công việc
• Improve after sales service support in Vietnam market.
• Build up service team in Mitsubishi Electric Vietnam
• Support Agency by providing technical support and troubleshooting to customer promptly.
• Handle the installation/training of indirect import machines to Vietnam.
• Troubleshooting for direct customer’s machines.
• Make troubleshooting report and claim a part under warranty to Japan
• Assist Service Manager to develop the service team
• Provide basic application training supports to dealers and direct customer.
• Handle preventive maintenance contract service.
• Contribute to increase consumables sales.
• Build up service team in Mitsubishi Electric Vietnam

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Good Teamwork skills and communication skills are necessary.
• Able to make technical report
• Basic computer skills are required and basic knowledge such as CAD/CAM software will be advantage
• Positive attitude, integrity, committed, flexible, innovative, good teamwork as well as able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Communicate proactively and effectively at all levels, both within Mitsubishi Electric and with customers
• Communication skills in English
• Be flexible in your approach to all aspects of your work
• Applicants must have own transport and be willing to travel
• Able to make technical report
