Service Engineer (Kỹ Sư Dịch Vụ Khách Hàng)

- Be in charge of the technical training program by conducting the daily/weekly/monthly/period technical product training to improve & competent the product skill for all of our service technicians.
- Support the execution team on troubleshoot complex technical faults, report findings and communicate with principals for solutions and feedback.
- Communicate with customers on their needs and request for refurbishment service including recommended solution, proposed component, supervise refurbishment project , testing and commissioning and handing over.

- Degree in Electrical engineering.
- At least 2 years working experience with relevant experience: either in technical training or in technical support position;
- Having high sense of self – learning; Interesting & be motivated in training job role;
- Independent, able to travel to provinces and station for a few days on site per trip as and when required.
- Good command of spoken and written English as well as skilled in Microsoft Office.
- Reporting line: report directly to Division Manager Service (Indonesian citizen).
- Working time: Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 5:15PM.
- Working location: VSIP1 Binh Duong.
