Mô tả công việc
• Installation and commission for corrugated machines.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance for corrugated machines.
• Advisory/recommendation on spare parts, maintenance and other service products to customer
• Training customer regarding operation, maintenance and spare parts knowledge.
• Support customer via BHS service hotline.
• Support BHS internal staff on service daily business, such as spare parts issue, machine problem advice and so on.
• Support on sale activities when needed
• Keep close relationship with customer
• Regular report to Service Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Mechatronic/Automation/Electronic background. Bachelor or College degree. Good hands-on skill
• 2-3 year experience of installation/maintenance/troubleshooting to heavy duty machines. Having experience on carton packaging industry (or other packaging industry) is big advantage
• Able to read and work with wire diagram.
• Knowledge and experience in PLC technology is essential
• Fluent English communication (speaking & writing) is a must. Being able to communicate in Japanese/Chinese is a plus
• Good communication skills. Self-motivated, self organized.
• Open mind and team work.
• Willing to travel in Vietnam or other country (short time) for working. Willing to work overtime on weekend/holiday when needed.
• Work Location:
01 engineer based in Hanoi.
01 engineer based in Binh Duong Province
