Service Engineer

1. Technical Support, Quality and Service Standards
o Provide technical services for installing, servicing, repairing and maintaining equipments. Activities could include parts assembly, pre-delivery inspection, installation and commissioning, trouble-shooting technical fault, servicing and repairs.
o Responsible for the successful completion of scheduled maintenance jobs.
o Perform and complete all service jobs as assigned, ensuring equipment is in good condition before handing over to customer.
o Investigate and trouble-shoot technical faults to provide solution to resolve problems.
o Work in co-operation with manager and colleagues to fulfill Company Quality and Service Standards for satisfactory level of customer service in meeting the expectations of external customers.

2. Records and Documentation
o Responsible for recording and providing accurate and complete service reports upon completion of every service jobs or visits to administration team for follow up on warranty claim where appropriate.
o Prepare and upkeep all equipment related documents in accordance with the documentation system and procedure of Company.

3. EHS and Housekeeping
o Maintain good housekeeping and discipline within the office premises to keep workplace clean and tidy at all times.
o Act responsibly at all times to comply with the Company’s ISO/OHSAS Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies, procedures and work instructions.

- Degree or Diploma in an Engineering disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in mechanical, electrical
- Trouble shoot product related problem
- Well versed in Environment, Health and Safety requirements
- Computer literacy
- English communication
