Service Engineer

Position Purpose: Provide effective technical service to customers such as delivery, after-maintenance, adjustment, training, etc.

Job responsibilities
Work Planning
- Create annual targets & directions for this position along with superiors according to targets & plans of the Section
- Create & implement personal development & growth paths based on Section's human resources development plan

Technical Support
- Set up & adjust machines from the start until the end (acceptance after inspection)
- Probe what caused equipments to malfunction & liaise with customers in order to find a solution
- Make recommendations regarding upgrades, service or repairs and perform maintenance on equipments/machines.
- Conduct training on how to use equipments/machines to customers or how to do simple maintenance, etc.
- Periodically inspect equipments & patrol
- Establishing relationship with customers by providing excellent customer service, listening carefully to customer concerns and addressing issues through after-service
- Attend ongoing training events sponsored by company or machine manufacturers to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and repair options.
- Summarize daily experience in order to propose to superiors/advise subordinates

Others
- Cooperate with Sales, Service Assistant and afiliated departments properly & timely with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Communicate & contact direct-sales partners, distributors
- Do tasks assigned by the company & department

Required:
- From 25 to 35 years old
- University or above
- Proficien in either English or Japanese
- Have good knowledge of Mechanics&Electronics.
- Have good bussiness manner and work hard
- Able to work productively in a pressurized environment
- Able to do multi-task activities with shifting priorities
- Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- High proactivity & mobility, Management, Teamwork spirit, Communication, PC Skills (Office Suite such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint), High problem-solving skill, Fair Evaluation of Subordinates

Preffered:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience
- Bachelor's degree realted to Mechanics, Electronics, etc
