Mô tả công việc

*** Description
Provide technical support on customer's control systems to attain reliable operation, reduce maintenance cost, optimize plant performance, preserve and maximize the value of customer's investment. Support project execution from factory testing, site installation, commissioning, start-up support, warranty service, etc.

*** Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance activities to customer's control systems.
- Provide telephone technical support, troubleshooting methods and recommendations to customer for control systems
related issues.
- Support Project Managers on project execution, such as setup FAT system, conduct FAT, prepare drawings or documents.
- Plan, manage and execute installation, commissioning, start-up and regular service activities complying with the company standard process and procedures.
- Update schedule and records for assigned installation, commissioning, start-up and regular service activities with customers.
- Guide customers, provide technical consultancy and assistance to customer regarding installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of control systems
- Prepare progress reports, service-related reports and time-sheets per assignment and monthly basis.
- Liaise pro-actively with Contract Administrator on commercial related matters, such as service billing, procurement, logistic, material return, warranty claim, etc.
- Work with sales and proposal teams to promote solutions to end customers.
- Build and maintain good professional working relationship with customers.
- Provide feedback on customer’s experience, product quality issue and any improvement suggestion.
- Lead other junior engineer(s) to perform company best practices and standards as service and solutions provider tocustomers

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Degree in an engineering discipline (Automation, Instrumentation and Control)
- 4-6 years of working experience in automation industry.
- Knowledge or experience in power plant control strategies and processes will be an advantage.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and must be a good communicator.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Extensive interaction with customer and multiple project/ service team
- Able to travel on short notice and help customer service process orders, if needed.
- Experience in leading small team will be an advantage.
