Service Engineer

We are now looking for a Service Engineer with a strong electrical and mechanical background. A good knowledge of the Pump and/or Dynamic Balancing Valve market in Vietnam will be an advantage but not a condition. You are probably around 22 to 30 years old. You will report to the Service Manager / Team Leader.

Responsibilities:
• Politely meet and service our customers on their site and always show the proper respect for the customer.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high quality service work.
• To service existing accounts and develop new accounts.
• To proactively explore business opportunities and expand market share.
• Ensure growth and profitability of the organization.
• Actively secure knowledge about the pump and valve business and energy saving possibilities.
• Obtain and gather market intelligence / information.
• Handle and close all technical and quality queries or complains.
• Compile weekly / monthly / quarterly forecast and reports.

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• A very good mechanical understanding.
• 2 - 4 years working experience in either industrial / ACMV systems / or similar service field would be an advantage, but not a condition.
• You must be a “Hands on” person. Good in using standard and special tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to think out of the box.
• Self-starter who is organized and able to turn plans into action.
• Confident, outgoing and easily adaptable.
• Able to speak & write English
• Excellent with Microsoft Office applications and other software relevant programs (AutoCAD).
• Good presentation and time-management skills.
