Service Engineer (Củ Chi)

- Installations and commissioning for equipment with vacuum processes.
- Troubleshooting, maintenance/repair and analysis of mechanical and electrical equipment and components (mechanical, electrical)
- Basic troubleshooting at PLC, Profibus and other control equipment
- Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
- Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated and kept.
- Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
- Support per phone, email and onsite customer to support 24/7 or follow team leader arrangement. Reporting in accordance to company guidelines
- Working as a member of the local team, support to team to grow up together and provide efficient service delivery to the customers within assigned area.

- Good communication skills in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English or German is COMPULSORY
- College graduation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3+ years of work experience in foreign or j/v company as Service Engineer, preferable in semi-conductor industry or industry with automation technology.
- Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment. Experience in vacuum equipment troubleshooting, automation, PLC are plus
- Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

- Income: 20mil - 25mil/month, 13th month bonus
